Currently you drag a photo in to upload. Seeing as this action exists already, I think it would be useful to be able to set an option with a quick mouse gesture before releasing the mouse key. For example, perhaps a quick left-right shake would upload the image and then give focus to a textfield that would allow for a user-defined URL.
